NOC Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a knowledgeable and customer service-oriented NOC Engineer III, this full-time remote position will troubleshoot and resolve network outages, manage ticket updates, and utilize monitoring tools to ensure reliable network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and service interruptions (layers 1-3)
• Provide timely and accurate updates on tickets using established policies and procedures
• Document network configurations and participate in an on-call rotation with other NOC engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
• CCNA Certification or higher
• Experience with TCP/IP, BGP, and other routing protocols
• Knowledge of large enterprise LANs and Wi-Fi/WLANs
• Familiarity with Radius, DHCP, and DNS servers
