Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer - Tier III.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage multi-vendor network environments to ensure high availability of services
Lead triage and advanced troubleshooting of complex network events and coordinate escalations
Conduct proactive network performance analysis and provide Tier III technical support to internal teams

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years in network operations, engineering, or telecommunications, preferably in NOC or ISP environments
Deep expertise in IP networking and fiber transport systems
Hands-on experience with networking platforms such as Juniper, Cisco, and MikroTik
Advanced diagnostic, analytical, and scripting abilities
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience preferred
