Job Summary
A company is looking for an L2/3 NOC Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop L2/3 NOC engineers, ensuring high performance and technical capability
- Oversee incident management and operational processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and support problem management activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a technical operations, NOC, or service desk environment
- Understanding of incident management and escalation processes
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
- Experience with dashboards, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems
- Networking certifications such as CompTIA or CCNA equivalent are preferred
