Job Summary

A company is looking for an L2/3 NOC Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop L2/3 NOC engineers, ensuring high performance and technical capability
  • Oversee incident management and operational processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and support problem management activities
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical operations, NOC, or service desk environment
  • Understanding of incident management and escalation processes
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles
  • Experience with dashboards, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems
  • Networking certifications such as CompTIA or CCNA equivalent are preferred
