Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Network Administrator responsible for providing ongoing network support and ensuring high standards of network performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for network infrastructure, addressing availability and performance issues
- Manage and optimize network performance, diagnosing and resolving issues as needed
- Report on overall network performance and provide timely incident response in a 24/7 environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent and 9 years of experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Security+ Certification
- Proven experience in networking with a solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols
- Experience in a NOC or similar operational support environment is preferred
