NOC Network Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Network Administrator responsible for providing ongoing network support and ensuring high standards of network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for network infrastructure, addressing availability and performance issues
• Manage and optimize network performance, diagnosing and resolving issues as needed
• Report on overall network performance and provide timely incident response in a 24/7 environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent and 9 years of experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Security+ Certification
• Proven experience in networking with a solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols
• Experience in a NOC or similar operational support environment is preferred
