NOC Network Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Network Administrator to support customer network management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all devices, platforms, and services within a network environment
• Ensure efficient resolution of service requests and incidents in compliance with assigned SLAs
• Troubleshoot network/user problems and prepare network resource reports

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Active Cisco certification (e.g., CCNA) is required
• At least two years of experience in a computer-related field
• One year of specialized experience in data communications or network administration
• Experience with SNMP, RMON, Ethernet, FDDI, and high-speed WANs and routers
