NOC Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Operations Manager for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Incident Management (IM) functions
• Supervise contractor resources and keep leadership informed of performance and team challenges
• Manage and support 24x7 operational environments and ensure effective incident response practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, NOC, or Incident Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of incident response practices and ITSM principles
• Experience with monitoring/alerting platforms and ITSM tooling
• Ability to communicate effectively during high-pressure situations
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining runbooks and procedures
