NOC Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the environment using SolarWinds and prioritize incoming requests for assistance
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues, escalating complex problems as needed
• Log and track help desk requests, maintain documentation, and prepare statistical reports on incidents

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in technology and/or 1-2 years related experience
• Extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software support
• 1+ year of experience in Windows Workstation operating systems administration
• 1+ years of Active Directory and Exchange administration experience
• Help Desk/NOC experience preferred
