NOC Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Project Manager, responsible for planning and delivering complex initiatives within an ISP network environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for network operations initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Lead requirements workshops and produce detailed documentation, including status updates and executive reporting
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to business cases, budgeting, and disaster recovery planning

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Engineering preferred
• 1+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, ISP, or network operations
• High level understanding of IP networking and transport technologies
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Confluence
• Professional certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 and ITIL Foundation preferred
