NOC Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Network Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor NOC Technicians for 24/7 network surveillance and incident resolution
• Monitor network infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve service-impacting issues and develop standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a NOC or network operations environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, including IP, transport, and wireless technologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Unified Assurance, Splunk)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
