NOC Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers remotely, the full-time Supervisor, NOC will guide critical incident response efforts, improve operational processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery while supporting a culture of accountability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of network and systems professionals through coaching and mentoring
• Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Act as a primary escalation point during major incidents, coordinating technical resources and communication

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of NOC, infrastructure operations, or related IT experience
• Experience serving in a lead, supervisory, or management capacity
• Proven experience managing incidents and escalations
• Strong understanding of networking, systems, and service operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
