NOC Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Support Technician to enhance their Network Operations Center team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot customers' network environments to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Identify issues proactively and resolve incidents while providing technical support for clients' infrastructure
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with network, LAN/WAN design, maintenance, and support
• Experience with Managed Service Provider, RMM Platform, and ticketing systems
• Strong working knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, A+ Certification, and Network + are required; additional certifications are beneficial
• Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools is a plus
