Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Support Technician to enhance their Network Operations Center team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot customers' network environments for optimal performance
Identify issues proactively and resolve incidents using various tools
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with network, LAN/WAN design, and support
Experience with Managed Service Providers, RMM platforms, and ticketing systems
Strong working knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, A+, Network+, or additional network certifications
Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools is a plus
