Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Support Technician to enhance their Network Operations Center team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot customers' network environments to ensure optimal performance
  • Identify issues proactively and resolve incidents while providing technical support for client infrastructure
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with network, LAN/WAN design, and SAN support
  • Experience with Managed Service Provider, RMM platforms, and ticketing systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, A+, or Network+
  • Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools is a plus
