NOC System Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Engineer (NOC Team).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve alerts related to user devices, circuit issues, and cloud technologies
• Handle requests for after-hours maintenance and onboarding of new customers
• Document processes and maintain the knowledge base for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of general IT experience, particularly in server and infrastructure support
• 1+ years of NOC experience with knowledge of ITIL-based Service Operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server OS and cloud technologies
• Understanding of networking protocols and diagnostic tools
• A degree in a relevant field or related certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+)
