Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Technician (2nd Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain global data center ecosystems
Manage and maintain monitoring systems and provision new points of presence
Respond to system/network faults and follow escalation procedures for critical events

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional technical support or data center operations experience
Basic understanding of the OSI model and internetworking
Experience with Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Debian, etc.) and Windows/Sysadmin
Bachelor's Degree or working towards one
Availability to work 3:00pm - 11:30pm EST
