NOC Technician
Job Summary
To ensure customer success through proactive maintenance and monitoring, the full-time NOC Technician will provide antivirus maintenance, manage Windows updates, and oversee backup and recovery processes in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform antivirus maintenance, deployment validation, and endpoint software upgrades
