NOC Technician
Job Summary
Ensuring customer success through proactive maintenance and monitoring, the full-time NOC Technician will manage antivirus maintenance, Windows updates, and backup and recovery processes in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform antivirus maintenance, deployment validation, and endpoint software upgrades
- Manage Windows updates, including resolving failed updates and scheduling server reboots
- Deploy and configure backup agents and policies, troubleshoot alerts, and recover files and systems
Required qualifications
- Experience with NOC services and ticket management processes
