Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the NOC Technician II will manage shift operations within the Network Operations Center, providing 24/7 network management services while troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues across voice, video, and data networks.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoots, analyzes, resolves, and escalates network troubles, managing ticket progression for Field Services and Advanced Technical Support
  • Assists Customer Contact Centers and Field Services by resolving network issues, updating tickets, and responding to inquiries within established service levels
  • Acts as the first level of escalation for trouble resolution and participates in quality improvement activities
Required qualifications
  • Associates Degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience, or current military service
  • 3+ years of computer applications experience with strong proficiency in MS Office
  • 2+ years of VOIP troubleshooting experience and/or 2 years of TDM switch experience
  • Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
