Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Technician- Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by troubleshooting routine issues
  • Provide user and system administrator support, including knowledge transfer and troubleshooting
  • Support continuous, innovative, and proactive operational Tier 1/2 Network performance monitoring and support

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma and 5-6 years of experience
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting a Service Desk or NOC
  • Linux and Cloud Systems Administration experience
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government agency level clearance
  • Experience with AWS or AWS GovCloud a plus
