Node.js Developer & Technical Account Manager
Job Summary
To support leading CPG brands across Latin America, the full-time Node.js Developer & Technical Account Manager will design and build WhatsApp bots, manage loyalty and promotional campaigns, and serve as the technical lead for client interactions, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain WhatsApp bots using Node.js for loyalty programs and promotions
- Own technical readiness for campaign launches, including testing and production deployment
- Act as the main technical point of contact for LATAM clients, advising on best practices and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Node.js / Backend Developer
- Experience building chatbots or automation systems, preferably with WhatsApp
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and familiarity with REST APIs and databases like PostgreSQL
- Experience working with LATAM customers or regional campaigns is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is strongly preferred
