Node.js Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Node.js Engineer for a senior-level, fully remote position, responsible for developing server-side logic, maintaining databases, and integrating front-end elements while driving the enhancement of e-commerce marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop server-side logic and maintain the central database for applications
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests while integrating front-end elements
• Write backend code to introduce new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements, including creating and modifying API endpoints

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React, Svelte)
• Experience with Babel, ES6, Webpack or Rollup, and Promise Handling
• Knowledge of correct schema management and databases
• Familiarity with design patterns and connection pooling
• Bonus: Experience with TDD, low-level optimizations, and understanding of scope
