Non-Agency Scenario Desk Specialist

Job Summary

Non-Agency Scenario Desk Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for providing loan support and guidance to employees regarding underwriting and loan scenarios, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily loan support for underwriting and loan scenario-based questions through a ticketing system, phone calls, and emails
• Analyze underwriting scenarios and assist Loan Officers and Loan Processors with loan eligibility and guidelines
• Create technical documentation and track tasks within the ticketing system to meet expected turn-times

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience, preferably with multiple agency and investor guidelines
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred
• Ability to maintain essential underwriting knowledge and designations
