Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Agency Underwriting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to Underwriters on processes and guidelines
Serve as the primary contact for Underwriters regarding questions and clarifications
Manage the underwriting pipeline to ensure compliance with service level agreements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
DE, SAR, and LAPP certifications are required; experience with USDA is a plus
5+ years of Mortgage Underwriting Experience with agency guideline knowledge
5+ years of underwriting supervisory experience
Experience with Encompass LOS and knowledge of compliance requirements
