A company is looking for a Non-Clinical Case Manager (11-8p EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support to patients and stakeholders through various communication channels
• Engage patients with complex health conditions, fostering trust and rapport
• Manage sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare patient support services
• Experience in a telephonic patient support environment, including reimbursement and oncology
• Accountability to metrics in a real-time contact environment
• Proficient in using technology and multiple data entry systems
