Job Summary

Providing virtual support to patients and healthcare professionals, the full-time Non-Clinical Case Manager will engage in inbound and outbound communications, connecting patients to resources and triaging to clinical support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts to support patients and stakeholders across various therapeutic areas
  • Utilize strong empathy and critical thinking skills to effectively address patient needs and ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations while managing sensitive patient information and documentation
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred, along with 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare patient support services
  • Experience in a telephonic patient support environment, including patient assistance and reimbursement
  • Proficiency in using technology and software such as Salesforce, Genesys, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate multiple data entry systems and maintain high standards of work in a real-time contact environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
