Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non Clinical Lay Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently execute high-quality service to patients via text message, phone calls, and email communication
• Serve as a guide for non-clinical inquiries and direct patients to the right resources within the hospital
• Collaborate with the Partnership Success Client Manager & the Program Lead

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Tech savvy with proficiency in web-based applications and general comfort in learning new tools and technology
• Previous experience in support/hospitality, and/or customer service is highly preferred
• Multi-lingual: Spanish speaking preferred
• Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information
