Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Navigation (Non-Clinical).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with patients through telephonic outreach after clinical events or diagnoses
• Collaborate with the clinical team and utilize resources to enhance the patient experience
• Research and identify community resources to assist patients and contribute to program development

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with a personal computer
• Technical and analytical skill set
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
• Immigration and/or Visa sponsorship will not be provided
