Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Non-Clinical Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new teammates
• Provide ongoing training and retraining based on quality audits
• Develop and maintain job aids, training materials, and process documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 2+ years of experience in a health coordinator role
• Proficient with MS Microsoft Office and PCs
• Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility in scheduling
