Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage individual pipeline by completing Conventional loans and other underwriting tasks within established turn times
• Identify document deficiencies and request additional information from clients as needed
• Navigate and interpret agency and company guidelines while assisting other personnel with underwriting tasks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in the mortgage industry or residential mortgage loan underwriting
• High school diploma required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry and applicable regulatory compliance obligations
• Advanced knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and Encompass
