Non-IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Non-IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on system and operational support to system integrators, resolving time-sensitive requests within 24-48 hour SLAs
• Troubleshoot and correct system issues with a focus on inventory accuracy and data quality
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external partners to remove blockers and prevent delays to factory operations

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Project or Program Management experience in a fast-paced operational or supply chain environment
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas)
• 2-5 years of ERP experience, preferably with SAP
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; PMP/PMI preferred
