Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and highly organized Non-IT Project Manager for a remote contract position, responsible for driving complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinating stakeholder communications, and ensuring timely project deliverables in a fast-paced innovation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, supporting AI adoption and innovation projects
• Coordinate executive updates, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather requirements, and track decisions and action items

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management or program coordination experience
• Background in a shared services or multi-client environment
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in evolving environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with varying contributors
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
