Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post-Acute Healthcare Non-Medicare Revenue Cycle Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Non-Medicare accounts receivable follow-up and strategy
• Provide quality assurance feedback and conduct performance reviews for team members
• Manage productivity, goal setting, and tracking for the non-Medicare team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Experience with Home Health/Hospice/Skilled Nursing EMR systems is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing working environment
