Non Profit Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Profit Accountant to provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients, including accounts payable and receivable management, bookkeeping entries, and financial reporting and analysis
• Support client onboarding process for assigned client engagements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery of services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of bookkeeping support experience, including closing books monthly and preparing financial reporting and analysis for small businesses
• Experience in non-profit accounting is highly desired
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks
• Ability to work part-time (20-30 hours per week) during traditional business hours
