Non-Profit Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non Profit Staff Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile monthly transactions, including employee reimbursements and donations
• Prepare payroll entries and assist with year-end audits and financial tasks
• Provide finance training for new chapter operations managers and support senior accountants

Required Qualifications

• Two to four years of financial accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with an accounting concentration
• Experience in supporting multiple business entities simultaneously
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pdf software
