Job Summary

Driving broker partnerships, the full-time remote Non-QM Account Executive will proactively solicit new business, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service to facilitate loan growth and enhance broker satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new business by identifying and cultivating relationships with brokers to secure loans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, providing trusted resource support for mortgage-related inquiries
  • Deliver outstanding client service by addressing loan status inquiries and resolving issues during the loan process
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a wholesale Account Executive with a current book of producing brokers
  • Familiarity with Non-QM products and ability to explain complex lending scenarios
  • Demonstrated track record of driving volume and consistently hitting sales targets
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and solving problems with urgency
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, LOS platforms, and MS Office tools
