Non-QM Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM Wholesale Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loans from submission to funding while providing exceptional service
• Serve as the primary contact for brokers and borrowers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the loan lifecycle
• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, coordinating with relevant parties to obtain documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of mortgage experience, preferably in Non-QM loan processing or account management
• Proven success in managing a loan pipeline from submission to funding
• Strong understanding of Non-QM products and guidelines
• Experience with Lending QB/Meridian Link is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and mortgage loan origination systems
