Non-QM Funding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM Funder.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and compliance with Non-QM guidelines
• Authorize fund disbursement after ensuring all closing conditions are met
• Maintain accurate records of loan files and provide updates on loan status and funding timelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan closing, funding, or post-closing, focusing on Non-QM loans
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Loan Origination Systems
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements in the Non-QM space
• Familiarity with wire setup and loan disbursement processes is a plus
