Non-QM Income Specialist

Job Summary

Non-QM Income Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for providing income calculations and reviews for loans prior to underwriter review, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to investor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily loan support for company employees regarding underwriting and loan scenario-based questions
• Review and respond to income calculation and documentation inquiries while maintaining knowledge of investor guidelines
• Analyze and calculate income using complex documentation and suggest alternate options based on various underwriting scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• Minimum 4 years of underwriting experience, preferably with Jumbo/Non-Agency and Non-QM guidelines
• Experience using LoanBeam and Encompass, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of IRS income filing forms relevant to underwriting qualification
