Non-QM Income Specialist

Job Summary

Providing critical income calculations and reviews for loans prior to underwriter evaluation, the full-time remote Non-QM Income Scenario Specialist will assist Loan Officers and Processors while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily loan support for underwriting and loan scenario inquiries through various communication channels
• Analyze complex income documentation and calculate income to qualify loans based on investor guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training staff on income calculation processes and guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• Minimum 4 years of underwriting experience with multiple agency and investor guidelines, preferred
• Background in Jumbo/Non-Agency and Non-QM underwriting, preferred
• Experience using LoanBeam and Encompass, preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
