Non-QM Jumbo Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM / Jumbo Underwriter to support the Central Time Zone with policy and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex Non-QM loans to multiple investor guidelines
• Communicate regularly with Processors and Loan Officers regarding loan statuses
• Assist with training needs of other mortgage positions and perform ad hoc reporting

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of specific manual underwriting experience
• Experience working with Non-QM loans for the last 12-24 months
• Demonstrated satisfactory knowledge of DU and LP input
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
