A company is looking for a Non-QM Funder.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and compliance with Non-QM guidelines
• Authorize fund disbursement after auditing closed loan files and ensuring all conditions are met
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve discrepancies in loan documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan closing, funding, or post-closing, focusing on Non-QM loans
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or similar software
• Familiarity with wire setup, loan disbursement, and reconciliation processes is a plus
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in the Non-QM space
