Non-QM Loan Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Non-QM Loan Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze loan files, including income documentation, credit reports, and asset verification for various Non-QM loans
• Underwrite and approve or deny loan applications based on company guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in underwriting Non-QM loans
• Strong knowledge and experience with Bank Statement, DSCR, and Asset Depletion products
• Experience Underwriting Non-QM roles within the last 6 months
• Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards related to Non-QM loans
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of loan files while maintaining accuracy
