Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review loan closing documents for accuracy and compliance with guidelines
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient loan closings

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in mortgage closing, preferably in the Non-QM space
Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and mortgage closing procedures
Experience with loan origination systems and mortgage document preparation software
Familiarity with TRID, RESPA, and other mortgage compliance regulations
