Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM West Coast Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loan applications for accuracy and adherence to Non-QM guidelines
Evaluate borrower creditworthiness and the viability of loan transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and communicate underwriting decisions

Required Qualifications

PST candidates preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience focused on Non-QM loans
Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements
Proficient in MLM (Meridian Link) and Microsoft Office Suite
