Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan files for deficiencies and condition them accurately
Analyze complex tax returns and evaluate Non-QM loan applications for compliance
Train and mentor peers while maintaining quality control metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Non-QM underwriting
Thorough knowledge of federal and state mortgage banking laws
Expert knowledge of AUS systems and Non-QM loan products
Strong understanding of Non-QM borrower profiles and documentation requirements
Experience with Encompass and/or Empower systems is desired
