Non-QM Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Non-QM Loan Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite various Non-QM loan types in accordance with investor and company guidelines
• Review income, credit, and asset documentation to assess risk and loan eligibility
• Collaborate with loan officers and other stakeholders to clear conditions and obtain documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Must have been employed as a Non-QM Underwriter within the past 11 months
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience underwriting true Non-QM loans
• Strong knowledge of Bank Statement, DSCR, and Asset Depletion programs
• Must reside and work in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones
