Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM East Coast Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loan applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance with Non-QM guidelines
Evaluate borrower creditworthiness and the viability of loan transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and prepare underwriting summaries

Required Qualifications

EST candidates preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience focused on Non-QM loans
Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements
Proficient in MLM (Meridian Link) and Microsoft Office Suite
