Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manually underwrite complex transactions to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
Perform mortgage credit analysis and compute income and debt ratio calculations
Review loan documents for accuracy, issue loan decisions, and provide exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

Recent manual underwriting experience in the mortgage industry
Proficient with self-employed income calculations and guidelines
Minimum 4 years of residential underwriting experience
Minimum 2 years of Non-QM specific underwriting experience
High School Diploma
