A company is looking for an Underwriter (Non-QM).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze loan applications and documentation for accuracy and adherence to Non-QM guidelines
• Evaluate borrower creditworthiness and loan transaction viability
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and prepare underwriting summaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience, focusing on Non-QM loans
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance
• Proficient in MLM (Meridian Link) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
