Key Responsibilities

Analyze residential mortgage loan applications for accuracy and compliance with guidelines
Minimize risk exposure by certifying applications are underwritten to applicable parameters
Review resubmitted documentation and perform necessary analysis to issue final loan decisions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of current underwriting experience with Non-QM Loan guidelines
5+ years minimum prior underwriting experience
Correspondent Lending experience required
AUS experience required
